So many photo posts lately, I know!

It's just that I've been spending my whole maternity leave snuggling and feeding Elise, playing with Andrew, and not doing much else, besides taking pictures. :)

Here are some more lovely ones!

I know, I know, so many pics of Andrew kissing her! Seriously, it's all he does! He wuvs her.

This is my favorite color Knickernappies on her (although I have 28 of their diapers in 6 different colors. I love them!)! My husband likes the yellow (butter) ones the best.

Terrible twos are really terrible.

I have had it up to HERE with the tantrums and fake crying.

That is all.

Pics of Miss Fluffybum!

My husband finally got the new hot water heater hooked up (our old one was only 20 gallons and I told him it would not suffice for washing cloth diapers because the thing was tiny) so we now have a 50 gallon hot water heater (we even pump out all of our gray water and he waters his garden with it).

Anyway, I was getting very impatient because I ordered these diapers probably 6 weeks before Miss Elise was born and I finally got to put them on her!

These are the Knickernappies one size diapers. I was drawn to them because they are snap diapers and I wanted something different than aplix, which can wear out over time. I love these diapers because of all the different sizing options. There are four rise settings and a ton of snap options for the sides (you can set the lower snap at one size and the upper snap at another, for example). These diapers will really grow with her and the colors are so pretty (we have 24 of them in raspberry, violet, butter (yellow), turquoise, and chocolate). They have even more colors available, too, but I went with colors that I thought would look well on a girl (with Andrew, we used BumGenius one size and we only had pale blue and pale green -- boring!). Another thing I like about these diapers is the fact that they snap on the sides, which leaves the front smooth. I haven't had a problem getting pants over these, and Elise is in the smallest rise right now (she's about 12 1/2 lbs.). They fit her well, and Knickernappies is true to their claim: no red marks. None of those velcro scratches that we experienced when Andrew was in cloth, either.

Look how cute these are on her!

My little baby isn't so little anymore!

I stepped on the scale with her yesterday (why didn't I think of this before?) and she now weighs 12.5 lbs! It's a digital scale and doesn't do ounces (whose does, really?) so it's not super accurate, but wow! To think that she was 6 lbs, 12 oz. at birth and is this big at six weeks! It kind-of makes me sad because I love the itty-bitty baby stage and she is just growing so fast.

Pictures of my little porker!

You can see here that she's really not so little anymore. I feed her on demand and she eats really quick, but she must be taking in quite a bit of milk . . .

She's a rolly polly kind-of girl . . .

She has a beautiful smile . . .

Her brother loves her, too . . .

We just love her to pieces!

Oh, and we will be starting cloth diapers (I have them all ready to go) but my husband still hasn't hooked up the new, bigger hot water heater, so hopefully this week!

I hope you are all doing well! I have missed blogging, that's fo' sho'!

I'm not dead!

I am just enjoying my maternity leave. I'll never get this time back and I have been spending less time on the internet. I'll still try and post, but probably won't be as active as I was before until I return to work. Thanks for continuing to follow me!

Oh, and I almost forgot . . . we were at my grandparents' house on Easter and Andrew wasn't feeling well (the start of a cold and he for some reason had a little fever and the "sick eyes"--all of you parents know what I'm talking about). My mom was cuddling him in her lap because I was nursing Elise, and Andrew, out of the blue, said, "Beautiful Baby . . . beautiful Mom". Is that not the sweetest thing ever?

My husband is so weird.

He is eating a jar of spaghetti sauce plain, from the refrigerator (cold).

And this isn't the first time; this is a regular thing for him.
