I am an old hag.

Yep, the big 3-0 for me today. I am surprised I'm feeling depressed over it, but it's like the realization has set in that my 20s are over. I hate thinking about getting older because it means someday I will have to leave this world and my wonderful kids in it. Ugh...............

Thanks for calling me an old hag ;)

I didn't handle 30 well. You can see that on my blog a few months ago. I was FINE until like a week before and all hell broke loose.

30 is the new 20, don't ya know? 30 is FABULOUS! Once you embrace it, of course :)

I did NOT handle 30 well and I was 8 months pregnant with my 3rd child for it. It was bad!! However, I turned 31 this March and it was easy! LOL!! It just takes a moment for the shock to set in and then you get used to it! =) Hang in there and Happy Birthday!!!!

I'm next! I have so far been saying that I've earned my years, every single one of them. I hope I still feel that way in a few weeks.

No worries. You are not an old hag, you're fabulous.
Course I'm not really one to talk, I had my last birthday this year. I plan on switching to celebrating the anniversary of my 29th birthday from now on.

30 is great. I was never one to fear age. I think aging is great, it means you're living life. I think that old people rock, esp the really old one who have all the awesome stories from their past. Also it's not about age, it's about how you feel. My body tells me I'm 30 all the time lol but my mind, nope, I don't feel it. Hope you had a great birthday Sarah and hope you enjoy 30 as much as I have. I am looking forward to 40, b/c that's another 10 years I will have enjoyed life.

As a wise man told me once...getting older isn't so bad...it beats the alternative!
